Domestic Shipping: 

Currently, Rooted and Free only offers shipping within the United States.

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.
• All orders under $100 will have a flat rate discounted shipping charge of $8.
  

At Rooted and Free, we make every effort to ship all orders out within 24 hours from the time you place the order (excluding holidays and weekends). While we strive to get orders out same or next day we do ask that you give our team up to 72 hours to ship your order. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped next business day. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us via email before placing your order (note, additional shipping charges may apply). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with all tracking details.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

*Our team ships orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on Friday afternoon (after 12:00 pm) you can expect your order to ship on Monday. Thank you for understanding that as a small business we ship during business days only. 

PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, holidays or other circumstances out of our control. 

Local and want to pick up instead of ship? No problem!

We are happy to offer FREE LOCAL PICKUP at our storefront in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Be sure to choose “Local Pickup” at checkout instead of shipping. If you choose local pick up, you will receive an email response once your order is packaged and ready for pick up. Pick up hours are the same as our business hours, you are welcome to pick up anytime we are open. At this time we do not offer local pick up outside of our business hours.

If you need expedited or same day pick up please email us before placing your order. If a return/exchange is needed please refer to our returns/exchange policy - we offer in person returns/exchanges in store but they must follow our return/exchange policy. 

Local pickup is NOT a delivery service. If you need your item delivered, please choose the shipping option. If you choose local pickup the customer is responsible for picking up the item at our storefront in Lakewood Ranch.  

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not pick up your orders within a 21 day timeframe your order will be considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. If your order is not picked up after 30 days we will donate your items to a local women’s shelter. Thank you for understanding. 

Undeliverable Packages:

If the address that you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage required to resend the package. The additional fee of $8 will apply to re-deliver and must be paid before we place it back in the mail. Please double check all of your shipping information prior to checking out. 

Important Note:

While we aim to package and ship your orders as noted above, due to circumstances out of our control many shipping carriers are experiencing delays nationwide. Please be patient and understanding that if delays or issues are experienced by the shipping carrier (ie. USPS, etc.) it is out of our control once it has left our hands. If you are experiencing delays or any shipping issues (such as lost or missing packages), please contact the carrier listed in your tracking email.
